Conference Special Rate

A discounted group rate is available for conference attendees for stays between October 9–19, 2026 (±3 days before and after the conference: October 12–16).

Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions regarding the rooming contact the hotel direcly or email us at scicon@curehht.org.

For stays up to 3 days before or after the conference, please call Ocean Edge Resort directly at (508) 896-9000 and mention the HHT International Scientific Conference when making your reservation.
The conference group rate will be honored based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Individual deposits are refundable with 14+ days notice.

Booking Deadline

All unreserved rooms in the group block are released on Monday, September 21, 2026. Book before this date to secure the conference rate.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM ET on arrival day. Check-out is at 11:00 AM ET on departure day. Late check-out requests should be made through the front desk.
