Conference Special Rate

A discounted group rate is available for conference attendees for stays between October 9–19, 2026 (±3 days before and after the conference: October 12–16).

Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Individual deposits are refundable with 14+ days notice.

Booking Deadline

All unreserved rooms in the group block are released on Monday, September 21, 2026. Book before this date to secure the conference rate.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM ET on arrival day. Check-out is at 11:00 AM ET on departure day. Late check-out requests should be made through the front desk.

What the Resort Fee Covers

The resort service fee is reduced to $10 per bedroom, per night for conference attendees, and covers:

Indoor & outdoor pools and saunas
Bayside Fitness Center
Complimentary self-parking
Resort shuttle service (in-season)
