Poster Details
The Poster Session will take place Tuesday, October 13, from 4:00–6:00 PM. Posters will remain on display until take-down on Wednesday, October 14, from 5:00–7:00 PM, allowing additional time for attendees to review posters and connect with presenters outside of the scheduled Poster Session.
Your poster number and assigned board location will be provided when you arrive and check in at conference registration. Your poster number will also determine your assigned judging time. You do not need to include your poster number on your printed poster.

Poster Guidelines
- Poster size: VERTICAL / PORTRAIT, 36″ × 48″ maximum.
- Posters will be mounted on 4 ft × 8 ft double-sided poster boards, with two posters displayed on each side. You will share your board with one other presenter.
- Push pins will be provided for mounting your poster.
- Please include the abstract title, all authors, and author affiliations at the top of your poster.
- Do not include your poster number on your printed poster. Your assigned number and location will be provided at conference check-in.
- Presenters must be at their poster during their assigned judging time.
- Cure HHT does not provide a poster template.
- There is no onsite printing and we recommend printing prior to arrival.
