Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your stay in France.

Visa:

Visitors from the following countries can typically stay in France for up to 90 days without needing a visa (EU, EEA, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand). Please verify current regulations before your trip.

GETTING TO THE HOTEL

Flying into Nice

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE)

Distance from Hotel: 30-minute drive (approximately).

*The hotel does NOT offer a complimentary shuttle service.

Flying into Paris

Train: Take a high-speed train (TGV) from Gare de Lyon to Cannes.

The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours. Once in Cannes, take a taxi or public transportation to reach the hotel.

Flight: Attendees can also book a domestic flight from Paris to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE).

Car: For those seeking flexibility, renting a car offers the option to drive from Paris to Mandelieu-la-Napoule, taking around 8-9 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

With the no-refund policy due to the 2024 Olympics, we highly recommend that attendees get travel insurance for protection. Many travel credit cards have built in insurance (Capital One VentureX, Chase Sapphire Reserve, etc.)
