*ALL reservations shall be made by the participants using the link provided by the Hotel in order to have access to the special negotiated rates. Reservations made by third parties or other channels won’t be credited towards to the contracted room block.

Guarantee Policy

Reservations must be made by the cut-off date to guarantee a room for the event.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be made, modified or cancelled by Event attendees at a URL to be established by Hotel and published by Group to potential Event attendees.

All reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date 

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card when making the reservation.
